The Defendant entered into a plea agreement in which he received a sentence of 14 years active incarceration and 18 years of suspended incarceration.  The 14 years incarceration is based upon statutory mandatory minimums.

Hunter Shaw pled guilty to multiple gun and drug charges and was sentenced to 125 years with 115 years suspended, leaving an active 10 year sentence.

Trevor Ewers was tried and convicted by a jury of his peers in Amherst County during a two-day jury trial in September 2019. He is now serving a sentence of 127 years at the supermax facility at Wallens Ridge penitentiary.

Houston Walthall pled guilty to multiple drug distribution charges and was sentenced to 13 years active incarceration.

Russell Massie pled guilty to one count of forceable sodomy and was sentenced to 30 years active incarceration.

Carlton Adcock was sentenced to 14 years of active incarceration for child sexual abuse.
